You’ll see Dr. Dores about every six weeks or so to check your progress.
Invisalign aligners are very hard for others to detect when in place. You remove them to eat (including snacks) and to brush and floss. There are no food restrictions or special oral hygiene care techniques needed. For best results, you’ll wear your aligners for 20-22 hours daily. Invisalign fits so snugly over your teeth that you don’t have to worry about the aligner popping off, even while you sleep.
